About
Dr. Fowler is a graduate of the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, Illinois. He served two years of active duty in the U.S. Army Medical Service Corp at Womack Army Hospital, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. He then served as the Director of the Colorado Optometric Center for two years. In 1970, Dr. Fowler began his private practice, I Care Vision Center, emphasizing primary family eyecare. Dr. Fowler is the Past President of the Sertoma Club, Past President of the Idaho Springs Lions Club, Former Director of the Colorado Optometric Association, active member of the American Optometric Association and Co-Founder of the Eye Health Network.
