For nearly 25 years, Kammann Development has built new homes and commercial real estate projects throughout the greater Yuma, Ariz., area. Robert G. Kammann founded it in 1977 as a division of Yuma Enterprises. Kammann Development s work includes both residential real estate and commercial projects that range in price from $50,000 to $1.5 million. Its Barkley Ranch project, a development of 410 high-quality semi-custom and custom new homes in Yuma's newest subdivision between Avenue C and Avenue D, began in 2005. Other Kammann Development projects include Barkley Estates and La Quinta Luxury Villa Living.
