With over 40 years experience and my unique approach to Hypnosis, Hypnotherapy and Hypnotic Suggestions I help clients to break bad habits, change unwanted behaviors to positive ones and create for them self-confidence and a sense of wellbeing--most often with a single session. Each client receives a "take-home' CD recording of their session for ongoing reinforcement of their hypnotic suggestion. I am committed to helping my clients live a healthy, peaceful and productive life.
