Always Affordable Construction started in 1997. Most of our work was and still is in the Sun City/Surprise (and surrounding cities) areas. We started out as Always Affordable Tree Service, a landscape & tree removal corporation. Through request's from our customers (in 1999) we starting doing home repairs & in 2001 we grew to remodeling. This was not a problem for us because the owner started out as a carpenter apprentice in 1963, a carpenter journeyman in 1966, & an electrician apprentice in 1969 & became an electrician journeyman in 1974. Today we offer a larger array of services, varying from a small fan or light fixture installation, all the way to a room addition/enclosure or patio extension. There is no job too small or too larg
