"I am a behavioral health counselor that also has experience as a behavior coach. What this means is that I have the knowledge base of a mental health professional, who can provide you with techniques and interventions as soon as day one whenever necessary. I will always hold you accountable but also be your greatest cheerleader without hesitation. The modalities I employ are CBT, DBT, EMDR, Person-Centered, and Chrisitan based when requested.
