We are a private family owned and operated Optometrist Practice dedicated to providing high quality eyecare service to all our patients. Our Optometrist and staff work together to provide you with a thorough comprehensive eye exam and an extensive selection of lenses and frames. History Your Eyes Only Optical was established in 1948 in downtown historical Chandler, Arizona. In 1981, Dr. Kowalczyk moved from Syracuse, NY with his family and has been serving the community ever since. We have been active in the Chandler Lions Club program, and we continue to work locally to promote eye health for all ages.
