My therapeutic approach is one of unconditional positive regard & acceptance for all. I am especially skilled regarding issues of anger management, adolescent behavioral challenges, communication difficulties, family discord, and healing from trauma. My focus is on assisting my clients in living in the present moment while working toward an understanding & release of fears created in the past and eliminating or decreasing the fear of future change.
