Connex Rehab, previously known as NEA Therapy Providers, offers a full-line of specialty and therapy services. Our services exist within schools, pediatric centers, outpatient facilities, home health, home hospice, and nursing homes. We offer PT, OT, and Speech to individuals of all ages. We are found throughout Arkansas and Oklahoma. We employee 150+ therapists across our service areas and have contract with over 30+ schools and several home health agencies, primarily Arkansas Home Health & Hospice and Oklahoma Home Health Providers.
