I started as a young boy working summers with my dad and older brother in their electrical business, Haley Electric of Hoopeston, Illinois. Mom, dad and I moved to Bella Vista in 1982 for better opportunities. Dad left the business with my brother and began a new business here. My brother, Dana Haley, still owns and operates Haley Electric now of East Lynn, Illinois. I graduated from Bentonville High School in 1984 earning a golden hammer award for outstanding building trade student of the yea
