Woodruff Electric Cooperative is a member-owned, nonprofit cooperative that has been serving customers in Cross, Lee, Monroe, Phillips, Prairie, St. Francis and Woodruff counties in Arkansas since 1937. It has more than 12,000 members and operates over 4,500 miles of electricity distribution lines. The cooperative provides heat pumps, security lights and water heaters. Woodruff Electric Cooperative offers billing and surge protection services. Its member services include automatic bank draft, meter reading, outage reporting, online bill payment and capital credits.
