These products are marketed through more than 12 showroom-based sales agencies as well as several independent representatives. The company began in 1970 as Carousel Decors, which specialized mainly in accessories for home decorating. In 1975, Carousel purchased a local competitor named Paragon Decors and formed a picture framing division in 1981called Paragon Picture Galler
