I have been helping people achieve their goals sonce 1990. I became a licensed counselor in 2004 to help people better. I am familiar with Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, and childhood behavior disorders. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you to change your hurtful thinking that preceeds your mistakes. You can be a winner, or a loser. The difference is largely in your attitude and what you tell yourself about life. It is possible to live a full, happy, hopeful life! You don't have to be crazy to see me, you just have to be ready to dump the feelings that have you down and start living!
