Welcome to Engaged Fitness! My name is Sherrill Malott the owner of Engaged Fitness.  I am 28 years old and have a beautiful little girl, two step boys and a fiancée.  I was living in Alberta for 6 years but recently came back to the place I call home...Windsor, Ontario. When I came home I quickly realized that there weren't a lot of jobs for Child and Youth workers which is what I went to school for.  I thought of what I would like to do if it wasn't that.  I thought about what I love in life and the three things I could think of (besides my family and friends) were sports, fitness and helping people.  I looked into Can Fit and decided that I would love to become a certified personal traine
