My work centers around creating a space in which it is safe for my clients to explore recurrent patterns of emotions and of behaviour that may have been adaptive at one time but that seem to get in the way of fuller life with others around them. My doctoral studies in grief and attachment have taught me about underlying coping processes. I welcome the opportunity to work with you soon. Personal growth is a lifelong quest, every once in a while its helpful to work on certain issues. The work is non-judgemental and seeks to understand why we do what we do and how else we want to or can improve on things.
