Quaint, Quiet and Relaxing Home Based Practice. Specializes in Deep Tissue Therapeutic Treatments, as well as Prenatal Massage Therapy and Labour Support for the past 11 years. Also incorporates Acupuncture as a modality in her practice as of 2014 (studied medical based acupuncture at McMaster University). Her long and competitive history in sports, such as Weightlifting (3 years - placing 5th in Canada Winter Games in 1999 in Olympic Weightlifting), and Soccer (23 years - Canadian Eastern Champion in 1998, College Canadian Championship for Soccer in 2003 placing 4th in Canada) makes her very adapt at managing sports injuries through deep tissue and therapeutic massage. New patients are welcome!
