I am a graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy School in Cambridge, Ontario and have been practicing at Wellington Ortho & Rehab, Guelph Sports Massage since October of 2010. I have experience with sports massage, palliative care and multiple sclerosis due to my outreaches at CCMH School. My main focus is deep tissue massage, although I can help with many conditions such as repetitive strain injuries, sports injuries, chronic pain, tension headaches, tendonitis, muscle tension/spasm, anxiety and depression…etc. Naturally I am born to be a very quiet and shy person.
