I believe that therapeutic change occurs through a supportive, caring and trusting relationship building upon a client’s unique strengths and resources. I consider clients to be the experts in their lives, and with support, encouragement, and appropriate interventions, they will find solutions to a wide range of human difficulties. I practice Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy.
