I was educated at the University of Manitoba and spent eleven years earning three degrees. I learned a lot about human behavior, but over the years my clients have taught me a whole lot more. Being a spouse or partner and a mom has also been extremely educational and I feel blessed to continue learning and growing. For well over twenty years I have been a practicing Professional Counsellor or Therapist and I believe a few core things to be true. First, we all make mistakes some of which bring along many years of fall-out or implication. Second, we all need a sense of belonging, meaning and purpose.
