Gloria Burgess Springer Counselling & Psychotherapy For as long as I can remember, I have always been interested in people's stories. You can expect that I will be genuinely interested in yours. My approach is to listen to your story with genuine curiosity and without judgement. In doing this, I believe that we can work together to build a therapeutic relationship where you feel welcome, safe, and validated. I work from a Person-Centred approach and I am drawn to theories such as Attachment and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I believe that a trusting relationship is key for change and growth, and my desire is to walk beside you as we engage in your story together.
