Clinical counseling practice includes: cognitive-behavioral congruence, mindfulness, anger-management, respectful relationship workshops/homework, stress-management, and/or coaching to achieve maximum results/dreams/goals, overcome barriers, facing fears, and challenges; and build on strengths.
