Cora Wilson is the founder and sole owner of C.D. Wilson Law Corporation. She is a Strata Lawyer, Educator, Publisher and Editor of the condominium publication. Voice from the Strata-Sphere (since 1998), and co-author of the book Strata Property Act, A Practical Guide to Bylaws. Ms. Wilson has been practising law for over 20 years with strata law being her preferred area of practice. She has been involved in most aspects of condominium law including leaky condo litigation, general litigation, dispute resolution, governance, financing, collections, administrator appointments, construction and development. She has also arbitrated condominium disputes.
