Welcome to the practice of Jayne Gratrix. For over 20 years, I have been working as a professional counsellor with clients in the Cowichan Valley and area. I work out of my Mill Bay office but I also offer in home counselling. If you prefer I can come to you. I service the Duncan, Mill Bay and Victoria area. I also do online counselling as well. I have been helping individuals, family and couples find immediate and long-lasting strategies to recover their emotional well-being. I specialize in PTSD, depression and greif counselling. I see myself as a compassionate and optimistic partner in your search for balance and healing. I offer complementary 15 minute consultation for new clients.
