Cowichan Family Life grew out of a grassroots movement driven by concerned and caring people, who believed counselling services should be available to everyone. We provide peer counselling to individuals, families and couples. A strength-based, solution focused model is used to support people who are dealing with current personal issues that are negatively impacting their lives.Our services include: healing anger and personal power & self-esteem workshops, and peer counselling training. Cowichan Family Life operates the Books ‘n’ Bubbles bus. It operates as a StrongStart BC Outreach program aboard a 41’ bus specially renovated to hos onboard programs for children 0 – 5 and their families. Call for more information.
