The College protects and serves Albertans by helping ensure registered physical therapists are qualified and competent practitioners who practice professionally and ethically. We currently license and regulate over 2000 Alberta physical therapists who work in various settings including hospitals, private clinics, long-term care facilities, community health centres, home care, universities, schools and rehabilitation centres.
